Hi! We’re Janine & Dave – the JD behind BakesBYJD ❤️ Our baking journey started during the pandemic in Singapore. What began as something to cure boredom at home quickly turned into a passion. We baked, experimented, shared with friends… and before we knew it, the orders started coming in and it just boomed. At the same time, we were really missing the local breads and flavours from back home in the Philippines. So we started recreating the tastes we grew up with, adding our own twist, and sharing them with others who missed them too. Fast forward to today, and here we are still baking with the same love, excitement, and homemade touch that started it all. We specialise in fresh, handcrafted doughnuts, chiffon cakes, and sweet treats made in small batches from our home kitchen. Every box we send out means the world to us, and we’re so grateful that something which started as a simple hobby has grown into a dream we now share with you.
